Family Program

Our Family Program is designed to support families affected by substance use and mental health challenges. Recognizing that healing extends beyond the individual, we provide a compassionate and inclusive environment where families can learn, grow, and thrive together.

The program offers:

  • Educational resources to help families understand addiction, mental health, and recovery processes.
  • Counseling: Individual and group sessions to address family dynamics, communication, and emotional resilience.
  • Skill-Building: Practical tools to foster healthy relationships, establish boundaries, and encourage constructive problem-solving.
  • Community Support: Opportunities to connect with others who share similar experiences, fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose.

Through evidence-based practices and holistic approaches, we aim to empower families to heal and rebuild stronger, more connected relationships.

Every family is unique, but all families share a bond that can be used to support one another during trying times. While there is no one-size-fits-all solution for helping a family member who is drinking too much, using drugs, or dealing with a mental illness, research shows that family support can play a major role in helping a loved one with mental and substance use disorders.
