A Benefit Dinner for Hina Mauka

Registration begins at 5:00 p.m.

Dinner & Program 6:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

 

We will be honoring:

 

Senator Suzanne Chun Oakland

with the Andy Anderson Award for Advocacy

 

and

 

Connie Mitchell, MS, APRN, BC

Executive Director, The Institute for Human Services (IHS)

with the Harry and Mary Lake Award for Compassion

 

Guest speaker:

Lucy Jokiel, Journalist, Editor and Educator

 

Proceeds will benefit the Hina Mauka Kokua Fund

The vision of the Kokua Fund is to eliminate financial barriers to receiving treatment. To qualify one needs to demonstrate their need for financial assistance, and a sincere desire to change their lives.

    Lōkahi Table of 8 for $1,500                  `Ekahi or Individual Seats at $150 each
